Back in 2002 on page 6, I wrote something that some did not agree with. 5 yrs. later I still feel the same way, and it appears that many men on this site also feel that have been manipulated by these women and that they just want money, money, money. Say what you want about me, it's is MY opinion and you don't have to agree. In addition, I have received many, many replies from both men & women (including Asian men) who totally agree with me. Someday when I reach a certain amount of responses, I will publish them and I will let you know where. The email is still the same. Thank you.

I am amazed to read how many Western men who think that Thai women are so lovely, loving and caring, you are all in serious need of treatment, they are in general devious, terrible liars and make terrible wives, her family will bother you for money all the time, it just will not stop, some of you claim they must be virgins, it is a cultural thing, what rubbish that was way back in the 70's, Thai people are the most corrupt I have ever come across, everything is money, money, money, I agree Western women have become feminist and greedy but getting a Thai wife will not solve your problem, it will be a case of jumping from the frying pan into the fire, I should know, been there and done that!! and if you want to lose all you have then set up a business in Thailand, they will bleed you dry!!!

I am sick of the Thai women as well taking our men. Why do all you men judge all western women by American and UK standards. There are other Western countries as well like NZ and Australia!! Some of the most lovable,loyal and fun women live in NZ!! Stop thinking below the waist and use your eyes
I know the law in America is getting tougher but having met my wife online I can vouch for the importance of having services available to allow people to meet world wide. I fell that an agency or site that does not hand out personal contact details to members should not be required to do background checks. At Pal Factor (www.palfactor.com) we do not give out contact details but we give our members a private inbox so they can contact each other online and get to know each other for as long as it takes online before they are comfortable enough to venture into handing out their personal details. I believe this is a bridge to a safer meeting place and offers people the opportunity to get out of a potential hazardous relationship if they detect problems in the beginning. If the couple gets in trouble after the immigration process, this then falls on them, not the introduction service. Don't assume people will stay the same after you are married, always be honest with each other and talk about your expectations for the future. If you are not %100 comfortable with a person and you do not feel their love do not make a commitment to them.

I read with great interest what people say about Thai women,beware they are not the little angels you think they are, in March 2000 I married a Thai girl of 24 in BKK, she was University educated, from a middle class family and had a good job, my problems started when I brought her back to the UK, she was lazy, dirty around the house and made no effort to cook or clean and complained, why should she!!, she just wanted to be a kept woman and have money put in her hand every month, she was also a terrible liar, I caught her red handed looking for other men on the internet, after 5 years of no change I was crawling up the walls!! In October 06 after being unfaithful to me she told me she had to urgently return to Thailand for 2 weeks as her grandmother was dying(a total lie), 2 weeks later she did not return and did not even bother to tell me either!! I was waiting at the airport for her!! Lots of guys in the West run Western women down but a Western woman has never treated me in such a disgusting way!! Please remember that most Thai women put money first, that is their culture, love and happiness is last on the list!! Best Wishes, Mark Hourmont
